Really great therapist
I had to switch therapists after the one I was seeing just randomly decided to quit. I found Great Plains because one of my other providers started working there. I looked at the bios and hers stood out. I am really glad it did because she had been so helpful since day one. I have severe depression, ptsd and she has been so patient and kind. She is gradually helping me feel safe enough to work through things. She genuinely cares, and you can tell she really knows what she is doing. Both CBT and DBT wise... she utilizes a lot of both in session which is helpful.
