Karen has helped me in so many ways. She listens completely and fully and is very knowledgeable. Her experience and regard for others is amazing. She is honest and helps you discover and ultimately understand through the sharing your life experiences. She doesn' t give advise just because she can or because she has her own agenda. She helped me find strength and hope when I didn't think I had any left. I learned from her ways to cope and to feel good again. I now know that I am worthy.
