MIA: No contact from her whatsoever
Lousy. She had to factory order aids. That was fine, I said no rush. Then, my wife became very ill and I told her I had to delay. When I contacted her, she said she sent the $3000 hearing aid order back with not so much as a telephone call, email or letter. She cannot accept criticism either. Avoid her if you want professionalism. Dodgy

Rude and condescending
Small, old office. Very difficult to deal with. Karen was rude, she wouldn't even let us speak without cutting us off. We would NOT recommend her

My father has been waiting for his hearing aid for almost 4 months! Dr. McMahon is rude and unconcerned with his well being. His quality of life is less than adequate because he cannot hear. To wait this long is ludicrous. She has no information, just a very rude response of, "Still not in". I highly recommend you find another doctor!
