I feel like she gets me, even when I am difficult to understand. Having been to multiple therapist at various times in my life, that has definitely not always been the case. I only share parts of myself with people, former therapists included, and yet Karen is different somehow. She's an expert who isn't afraid to be human and, if needed, she will get into the mess with you so you don't feel alone. She lets you know she sees you.
