During my mother’s stay at SB Karen was amazing along with my other nurses. But Karen went out of her way with explaining, helping, reassuring, comforting, encouraging and more. I cannot say enough about her kind heart & compassion which made all the difference in my moms regained health. Plus she is extremely smart and had a feeling of my moms condition which the cardiologist did not agree with at that time however Karen was right & became my moms best friend in those 2 days. Thank you Karen!!!
