Knowledgeable but unprofessional
Karen is knowledgeable but has a lot going on personally and sometimes misses appointments so you have to see someone else in the practice when you get there or she spends time talking about what’s going on with her. Although she seems smart about medical conditions she has little empathy or concern how harsh she can come across.
