absolute miserable witch
I don't know how this woman is a practicing nurse. She completely defies the meaning of care. She does not care at all. In fact, she explicitly said that to me, literally.

She was curt. Condescending, and did way more talking than listening. I have had numerous gastro related surgeries over the years, including a colon resection. I know when something is wrong, and she had zero interest in hearing me. I left feeling both angry and deflated. I would never recommend this NP, Karen Urban to anyone. Ever. I have seen Dr. Jensen, Missy, and Dr. Arluk who are all wonderful. And the staff is wonderful to me 100% of the time. I have been a patient here for years. This was my first issue, but it was awful. Within 3 minutes of her entering the exam room yesterday she had expressed her frustration with her schedule that day- not MY problem. So I of course felt rushed at the onset. Then within the another 1-2 she says “I really don’t even know why I’m seeing you today”. Yep, she did. And this is just the start. Awful.
