Dr. Karen West, PHD

I was referred to Dr. West through my primary care physician. After the first visit she canceled my second appointment and attempted to reschedule for an audio phone session (not zoom or Microsoft teams), which was billed at the normal rate for a face to face session. I decided to reschedule for next week and she canceled again due to a family health concern. After that cancelation she then told me that the time was no longer available and I needed to find a new psychologists. She stated that her "very small private practice opening will interfere with consistent appointment times". Wish she was upfront about how inconsistent the scheduling would be from the start.

Would not go to her or recommend any patients to her. My doctor referred me to her. I was psychologically tested and she told my psychiatrist to disregard my test results. I think it was based on her own personal feelings about me and had nothing to do with psychology. Very Unprofessional. ZERO stars!!
