Bad Experience
Comes off as condescending and rude. Talks down to patient. I felt like the entire visit I was trying to prove my injury is legitimate while she doubted everything I said. Assigned me some online PT to do on my own without any guidance and no follow up scheduled. Basically saw me, took my copay, and sent me on my way with some trash online routine that made me feel like a number in their system and nothing more.
