I had been to two different Physical Therapists within the last 7 years for pain in my lower back and right hip that has affected my ability to exercise and enjoy many activities. Karl focused on stretching and strengthening, not just strengthening. The stretching was key in my recovery. I'm confident I can stay pain-free thanks to Karl.
