I left today feeling very positive about my care! All my questions were answered, even the one I thought of after Dr Kelsey left me. I went back to ask her and she took the time to respond. I'm glad my care is in the hands of Froedtert personnel. Thank you!!!

My daughter in law accompanied me to the appointment. She has difficulty with small, closed spaces, which described the audiology room. She went in the hall, which seemed alright with and for everyone.

Perfectly satisfied with entire process. Getting the appointment was easy, had options and was able to see doctor much sooner than expected in the location I preferred. Very pleased Dr. Gilmore was excellent. Very efficient, thorough, provided detailed and informative understandable explanation and took time with me to answer questions and concerns. Very pleased again.
