Never calls back with test results.
Had tests ran that needed to be sent out to lab. Never called me with the results. Later after this I called to have my much needed prescriptions refilled and was told that Kasey Lax was unavailable because of a family emergency and there was nothing that they could do. A few years ago I would have recommended her to others, but now I would most likely have to say "don't go there".
