Hardly asked me any questions, seemed disinterested and dismissive of what I said, and as a result, gave me a questionable diagnosis and advice that is not relevant to me.

Awful. She is not a very good provider if you are an intelligent individual with chronic health conditions and a complex medical history. If I could give zero stars I would. She was so nasty to me I am ashamed to admit she made me cry on the phone when discussing my labs and what we had discussed in my appointment. She denied everything we discussed and came up with some ridiculous conclusions that were not even on my new patient paperwork.

She was OK in my appointment at first leaving me with a God awful impression. By the end of it I was happy and impressed. Then when I called and called a week later about one of medications that we discussed about increasing and to get the lab results prior to her increasing, she claimed that was never said and was going to take me off of this. She was rude, condescending and down right disgusting with how she spoke as a medical professional. As a chronically ill patient I have been with around many medical professionals since birth on and had NEVER been spoken to this way by both Kasey and her nurse Melissa. I filed a complaint when she told me to seek another provider as she would not continue my medication that I was referred to a PCP or Internal Medicine for administration of by both my Neurologist and my Endocrinologist out of Cleveland Clinic Mellen Center. She stated she would not continue a medication I have been on since AUGUST until she got my records back. NOT OK.

Kasey is a very easy CNP to talk with. She is eager to listen and help you. She is taking new patients, also.
