I first started counseling 15 years ago with kate, first for about 3 years and then caught back up with her again 5 years ago. I now practice her teachings daily on my own for 2 years now! She has an amazing way of guiding you to the light of life! Compassionate non judgemental gentle and ends each session with a solution that gets you closer to understanding the pain frustration anger or issues you are feeling. I'll forever be grateful for Kate coming into my life. Whenever I feel something not right, I remember the homework, the story or a phrase she would tell me to practice. Thank you Kate I'm a much happier healthier woman today because of you!
