There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for Dr. Kate MacDonald. From our first time meeting I was confident in knowing that as long as I put in the work she was going to to help me take control of my life. She is incredibly intuitive while making you feel comfortable and important. Throughout my time meeting with her I was given homework and tools every week which helped me apply what I learned in our sessions to real life situations. I am very blessed to have had her help!
