Absolute Professionalism
Kaitlyn’s bedside manner is impeccable! My teenage daughter came in with some potentially serious issues surrounding her sexual activity. This was an embarrassing situation for my daughter and Kaitlyn put us both at ease and even had my daughter smiling at the end of the visit. She explained everything in fine detail so that I understood and my daughter understood. She is an excellent healthcare professional with compassion and enough “cool factor” to be relevant and respected by my teenage daughter. She is an empathetic provider that truly listens and spends enough time to understand the issue completely.
