She’s the worse PA ever. She doesn’t take accountability when she makes a mistake. She never sent the complete script and when I asked, she denies it. I have to ask her again and phrase it as just forward the email again, but nope it was a brand new email with a different script. She constantly gate keeps and won’t even confirm things already discussed with the doctor in previous appointments. Instead she’ll ignore the messages and when you follow up, she’ll say for you to come in AGAIN for the same thing that was already discussed. All I want is confirmation of the finding, since it is missing from my notes in the mychart. This person has no empathy for people who have other things going on besides spending two hours on commuting and another 30 minutes in the waiting room for an 8 minute convo. May she never have kids because she doesn’t understand anything at all in terms of how real life works. Very simple to just reply via email or message rather than asking patient to come again for the same thing. She’s ridiculous.
