Kathryn gave me awesome tips like eat from five food color groups every three days, eat 40 unique plant foods every week, buy high polyphenol olive oil and eat it daily almost as medicine. She helped me turn around some bad habits and upgrade my eating so now I don’t need drugs my doctor prescribed. Thanks!

Katherine helped me overcome my lifelong struggle with portion control and over-eating. She is very knowledgeable in not just food and nutrition, but also sports and other health-related issues. I lost 6 sizes in the few months I got to meet with Katherine, and am taking away life changing knowledge on my diet. She would be someone I want to work with again.
