I’ve seen Katie for 2+ years now, focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is relatable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I’ve made huge improvements in my coping skills and self-awareness; I’m more active at home, I’m developing my job prospects, and maintaining social relationships. I have been seeing therapists for 18 years, no less than 10 providers over the course of that time, and Katie has been the most consistent, helpful, honest one by leaps and bounds. Truly a gem of a provider.
