My elderly father was treated with condescension in front of me, but it took me years to convince him to even see a dr about hearing aids, so we stayed. How I regret that decision. They rolled their eyes at his questions, and talked to him like a child. He is 100% mentally fine, excuse us for asking too many relevant appropriate questions. Then to add injury to insult, the device we bought stopped working almost immediately, and they won't even look at it. This office is terrible. Go elsewhere.
