Katherine Rosemond, LPC

I've had Kat as my counselor since about 2009. I've utilized her services mostly while a first responder, but now that I've moved on, I still utilize her services because of our extended history we have with each other. She has helped me to fight misdiagnosis from a particular in patient organization that would have disqualified me from all security clearances that I would need for my intended career choice (Cybersecurity). She's compassionate, real, attentive, and considers all aspects that affect an individual (culture, peers (work and personal), socioeconomics, upbringing, etc). A truly inclusive understanding to the overall person for a more complete approach to a better adjusted individual that is more well centered and comes away with better coping mechanisms (to life) and all situations. Dr. Kat also treats active duty personnel-- many go on to work in emergency response of some sort-- as is also able to tie in those experiences to assist the person with difficult moments. Also, Sadie's the best! Poor pup's gotten a touch gray.
