My endocrinologist referred me to Katherine as part of a holistic approach to managing my Type 2 Diabetes. I was excited for the visit and brought glucose logs and a good diary with me. She, in turn, spent our time together berating me until I was in tears and even then, she did not recalculate her behavior and it’s impact on me, who was paying for the visit hoping to learn something helpful. I left angry, defeated, and deflated. And no further educated on a better nutritional plan.
