HealthFit is an awesome facility! I see Kathi W. for acupuncture services and couldn't be happier with my experience over the last couple months. She is caring, thoughtful and makes you feel comfortable. Her approach to understand, in detail, your concerns is appreciated and resulted in accurate diagnosis with effective treatments. I noticed a difference immediately (within the first appointment) and I am continuing to see positive progress with regular maintenance appointments! So thankful for finding HealthFit & Kathi! In regards to Covid19, I felt comfortable and confident in the safe environment since everyone was taking the necessary precautions recommended by professionals. Thank you to the providers and staff at HealthFit!

I loved my experience with Kathi. It was very relaxing. I didn't realize how much stress and anxiety I had till I walked out of the treatment room. I felt so light, joyful and calm almost like a different person all together. I was nervous about being stuck with needles at first, I'm sure a lot of people are. Kathi did a wonderful job of making sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable before, during and after the session
