Almost killed me
Horrible woman with zero ethics. Comes off so sweet until she almost kills you and then disappears and never replies to a call or an email or the patient portal. Horrible woman.

Dr. Augustine’s office lost my annual Pap smear results. I attempted several calls, emails, and after no response from the doctor, office manager, or clinical team, I had to call another office to get any assistance. Four weeks later I was told this happens “a lot” where lab tests get routed to another lab. The clinician apologized, but was unaware other offices typically respond to patients and answer emails via the AdventHealth portal. Thankfully my results were negative, but I would have lost 4 weeks of potential treatment if they were positive. I was disappointed that Dr. Augustine didn’t provide oversight for her own clinical team or take any time to read her messages, and instead let others triage those messages without a response. I will be finding another OBGYN.
