Very incompetent
Dr. Kerr is very incompetent. First visit, she looked in my ears and advised me to have an MRI to rule out a mass causing my loss of hearing. Trying to find out why she advised MRI was like pulling teeth. Second visit, she reviewed my MRI and told me, word for word, what was stated on the report, then stated there was nothing more they could do. I don't believe she looked at the actual scans. On one of our phone conversations, she argued with me about what meds I had been taking, then admitted she had me mixed up with another patient. There were a few incidents where she obviously was not listening to anything I said. Very incompetent.
