Kathy is smart and she has been at the center for a long time. I think maybe that is her problem. I think she has lost her care for the patient, her empathy and understanding is out the window. Anytime I have seen her she is short, and to the point, and I feel like she talks over me to maintain control of the conversation. I just don't care for her bedside manner.
