Kathy has a very genuine, caring personality and it's obvious when you first meet her that her desire to help you is sincere. She went out of her way to help me many times and always returned my calls if I was having a tough time. I saw her for 2 years at Catholic Charities, and it's thanks to her that I now have the self-confidence and mental fortitude to leave behind an emotionally abusive living situation. She was my favorite counselor I've ever had and I can't recommend her enough.
