No bedside manner whatsoever. That coupled with the fact that she didn’t listen, and gave no suggestions, was demeaning when I tried to explain that I was sick for a week and just returned from Mexico and the fact that the only symptom she put on after visit summary was diarrhea which I don’t even have anymore, made me feel like I wasted my time getting out of my sick bed to go to urgent care. The medical assistant was so much more pleasant and competent.

Really, this provider and any facility she is a part of is a nightmare

Katie Ponsford has no business being in the patient care industry. I just came from the most horrifying experience one could ever imagine for their child, and from any health care practitioner. Instead of providing a caring environment for a minor asking about concerns regarding anorexia, the doctor refused her physical. I asked for a manger or someone to help me understand what was going on and she left to tell everyone in the open office about what was going on, and returned with a generic email address, no name, no resources. Dr. Ponsford acted as though she was enjoying herself and even began to interrogate my child in an intense way that was more like shaming her. She told my child that she'd "have to put VERY detailed notes in her chart" which caused my child to cry. We left and the nurses laughed at us, both of us visibly upset, and told us to "have a lovely day." This incredibly shocking and undue behavior was so cruel & inappropriate, please steer clear of this horrible woman.

Kathleen has helped me out quite a bit! She has helped my with my sprained wrist and even inspected my penis. She is super friendly and provides good knowledge.

I presented with the exact same symptoms that another physician had successfully treated with a course of antibiotics and she refused to even consider it. Her rationale was that antibiotics are over-prescribed in the country. That may be, but they do work for what I have. She seemed concerned more about a chart audit that came later versus treating the patient in the here an now and completely dismissed my prior experience. A little feigned compassion or empathy would go a long ways for her
