I absolutely adore Kathy. She was vital in catching a rare disease. I came to her with vague symptoms and she made sure I had all diagnostic testing done immediately. She is kind, compassionate and knows her stuff.

My wife sought treatment from NP Kathleen Reitter for a common treatable illness. Unfortunately my wife was unemployed and uninsured at the time of the appointment. NP Reitter repeatedly questioned my wife on her profession, called her an a-word for assuming she couldn't afford insurance, didn't ask basic questions related to the illness that should have been asked, and then refused to treat my wife's illness and instead told her she'd need a full workup from a specialist (very expensive and out of reach for the uninsured). Kathleen Reitter was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and demeaning to my wife during her visit, and didn't even attempt to treat her.
