I showed up for my visit and could not get in - handicap door plate didnt work. They left me in the hallway for at least 5 min. I finally get let in and they tell me I am late and they need to cancel my appt because she needs to be somewhere. This is after calling me and rescheduling my appt to this time!! I do not want to EVER be scheduled with this person again! I am disabled and went out of my way to get there at that time!

I had a fantastic visit with her. She listened carefully to my concerns and scheduled me for 2 diagnostic tests to rule out any serious concerns. She reassured me and was comforting to me. I am thankful to have found her. I will definitely return to her for future care.

Found a lump on my breast. She said"you're not crazy" when she felt it during examination. This made me feel invalidated in such an anxious situation. She acted like my lump was not a big deal and told me it was most likely a fibroadenoma. She never scheduled me with Breast Health Services. She provided me a script and phone number and I was advised to call myself for an ultrasound . Thank god I followed through with these steps, I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few weeks later.
