Kathlynn Hurt, PA

PA Hurt has been tending to me quarterly for years, for my susepibilty to skin cancers. She has without fail detected burgeoning problems and taken appropriate action to resolve them, including two recent melanomas and myriad pre-cancerous treatments. I consider her a bona fide life saver. Thank you Kathy. I am in good hands.

All personnel were friendly. Kathy was personable and listened to my concerns. Treatment was prompt and professional.

I felt there was a high level of concern for my feelings and for answering my questions as well as expediting follow-up treatment. Overall, exceptional in every way.

Dr. Hurt is absolutely amazing. Yes, she addressed my concerns and really didnt spend a ton of time with me, but the time she did spend was fantastic. She is the first doctor I've visited that took the time to treat me like a human with feelings and worries. Going to the doctor can be anxiety-ridden, but I walked out of this office with my confidence renewed, just from her bedside manner.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in within a few days, which was helpful. I really liked the tablet used to fill out new patient information and process payment!

First appointment to a dermatologist. I went in for a skin check and Kathlynn Hurt was excellent. She is a nice person with great bedside manners. She did a good job and talked to me about using sunscreen and treated a couple of pre cancerous areas. I was happy with the service and staff. Keep up the good work.

I have been using Kathlynn as my Dermatologist for almost 20 years. As a life long tanning fool, I have on going skin cancer issues that Kathy works with me, both with the removal/surgical along with advice how to protect myself with these on going self inflicted skin problems that indeed could be very serious in years to come. I have trusted Kathy with some of my son & daughter skin issues through the years, have the greatest confidence in her expertise, decision making & results. Personable!!

Had to wait a little past my appointment time, which I'm afraid is typical for most providers, although I wish it wasn't. Once I got in, everything pretty much went by the numbers, especially since I had no skin issues revealed that needed to be treated. Kathlynn also had a great manner and sense of humor and interacted with me quite well.

I appreciate good customer service and always receive excellence in customer service at this facility. To me the staff and the physician are important as well. Kathryn is an excellent physician and she's always so respectful of the patient and mindful of a "bed-side manner." Too me that is important, as most physicians have lost that quality!

Great experience! Imagine my frustration with being delayed in a distant airport knowing that I would not possibly make my assigned afternoon appointment. I was certain that when I called to report my cancellation I would be given a bit of hard time and be told that I would be waiting months for a redo. After seeing my mom for, what was supposed to be one cause, my mom’s leg was getting much worse. At her follow up appt, not only did Ms Hurt tell us her leg was improving (which by their pictures & the area-it clearly wasn’t), she was bothered by our questions. She gave 2 contradictory diagnoses (both wrong), said it would take 4 mon to heal & left after 3 min total in the room. My mom received a 2nd opinion & her leg is almost completely healed after the CORRECT diagnosis & care, 1 month later!

Kathy is a gem. My wife and I went to her for our Cancer screening. She is thorough and very patient oriented. Do not feel like you are on assembly line medicine. Would recommend her to anyone that needs a screening. In many ways a PA is far superior to a Doc and Kathy is definitely one of those.
