Disappointing care provider
I had a lower back injury (pinched sciatic nerve) and was able to schedule a same day appointment with Kathryn. Due to my injury, I could barely walk and it took longer than expected to get to the appointment. I walked down stairs, drove and got there 12 mins after my appointment time and she refused to see me. The front desk said she was refusing to see me and she had already left for lunch. 12 minutes late! Complete lack of empathy as she clearly doesn’t see the human side of her patients. Very disappointing to say the least. The office at afton ridge is generally unpleasant when I go there as if I’m a bother. Patient beware. Your experience may be different but mine was terrible at a time when I needed it.

Outstanding
My visit with Katie was incredible. She listened to all of my concerns and had a plan or solution for them all. Even if some of it was just for peace of mind. She was so easy to get along with. Her and her staff are incredible and I would highly recommend.

Kathryn is outstanding. She took time to explain everything so that I would leave educated about my condition. She listened to all my concerns and I had a lot! She never made me feel like she didn’t care. Exceptional provider. I am switching her to be my PCP!

Will put your symptoms off as anxiety, even though there has been significant weight loss, continued pain and no improvement over several weeks. I have since been diagnosed with IBD. And then it was like pulling teeth trying to get any insurance paperwork filled out by her and her nurses. Had to call THREE times to get anything completed and submitted. Unacceptable.
