Disappointing
We were patients for a few years. Appointments were rushed, very little listening and way too much talking on her end. My teenager was having issues with a racing heart rate and some other concerns. She would not give a referral to a cardiologist despite explaining to her our family history with heart related issues and my concerns as a parent. She did not take the time to listen to my almost adult daughter and wrote symptoms off as anxiety based on a history of anxiety and ADHD. We decided to leave Dr Kuscavage because I worried my daughter would forever need a parent to attend appointments to advocate for her because Dr Kuscavage is pushy, rushes, and does not take the time to listen to concerns. We found a much better doctor that took the time to really listen and ask important questions. She referred us to a cardiologist where we found the true reason behind her racing heart rate along with an underlying heart condition we wouldn't have known about and will need to monitor.

Very Impressed
She was very thorough in explaining the issues I am having with my back. She used visual aids and went over all options for treatment. She really took her time and treated me as if I had all the time in the world to sit with her and fully understand what is going on.

She Was Good At First
Originally, I thought Kathryn was great. She seemed attentive, really focused on my conditions, and our personalities jived. She would provide specialist and procedure referrals and made sure my accommodations were met. I had some concerns about things in the practice, but overall loved Kathryn. Unfortunately, after the first few appointments, it began to feel like I was an inconvenience to her. After those initial visits, I asked for things that primaries should take care of, but I was constantly pushed off to my specialists. It felt very bait-and-switch and I am now looking for a new primary.

Really does care
I had PPD and Kathryn was the only doctor to truly listen to how I was feeling and where I was struggling. She recommended a medication and when that wasn't working, we easily changed it at a follow up. Outside of this I have seen Kathryn numerous times and she is always bringing in great energy. Sometimes I feel the office as a whole can be rushed, but I do not blame her specifically. I will continue to keep seeing Kathryn.

The worst experience at Soni.
I didn't ask for her, I was sent to her because my DR was sick, NO people skills, no professionalism. She wouldn't let me talk, or even explain my symptoms. She was rushed to come to conclusions she didn't know. Shedisrespected me in any possible way. I left in tears, I asked to speak to a manager......crickets........ it has been over a month WILL NEVER SO TO SONI AGAIN!!!!!

At first appointment I thought she was very attentive, until she was rude and rush when my wife start to ask some questions, plus she refused to give me the letter to get the vaccine, thankfully I found a DOCTOR that I didn't even have to ask for because I have autoimmune disease and she says I’m not qualified by the CDC guidelines.

She is the WORST Dr.! My husband had an appointment with her this morning for the first time, he normally saw Dr. Harlow or Dr. M who are FANTASTIC! Dr. Kuscavage was quick to diagnose my husband on her opinion of a 15-minute visit instead of looking through his medical record and getting any background. Then she proceeded to diagnose him with a disorder that couldn't be further from the truth and push treatments that are unnecessary.
