Condescending and unprepared
It felt like attending a lecture I didn't need. She didn't have our testing results and clearly hadn't read any of my file, even though I was a returning patient.

Kathryn Murray was extremely accommodating to our needs, patient, through and caring. She did a wonderful job answering all of our many questions and provinding detailed explanations. She took the time to see us and worked with us until we felt comfortable with the situation. There was no sense of rush with the appointment. I’m grateful for the time we had with her and know that our needs will be taken care of in an appropriate manner under her care.
