While the staff here is good, the wait times are interminable. The last time I took my son for a 3 minute appointment in the Shelton office, I waited for over an hour. They just cancelled an appointment for him a month ahead of time and sent me a message asking me to contact the office to reschedule. When i tried to contact the Norwalk office to reschedule their cancellation, they put me on hold for over 20 minutes, and then shuttled me into me a voicemail box without ever picking back up. They are overbooked and are ALWAYS running late,, They do not have enough people to answer the phones and do not leave enough time for appointments and then you are waiting 45 minutes to an hour or sometimes more.
