Kathy is nice, but it’s face value. My sessions felt like gossip rather than receiving the help I needed. She chose to stop scheduling with me - seemed money was the priority.

Kathy James was awesome - I saw here several times but had to stop as my insurance wouldn't pay! Even in a short period she helped a lot - still looking one with my insurance!

I am looking at the review about scheduling and don't think it's very fair. I saw Kathy for challenges I was having in facing infertility. She was awesome, extremely organized and completely professional in her demeanor at all times. She helped me carve out a new path and see a new way forward. We put together actionable goals and she helped me leave a job that was soul crushing and move toward a more fulfilling life. Highly Recommend.

Never responded to any of my calls. I never had the opportunity to actually try her out.

Highly unprofessional while seeing her she never returned a single one of my phone calls. Out of the three or four I left (mainly concerning logistics such as insurance) she never returned a single voicemail. I know there are many good therapists out there and I am sure you can find many exceedingly better ones in the local area. There were other concerns but the basic premise if you cannot take the time for your client in simple matters then you probably should not be seeing is her hallmark.
