Very professional and quite adept at circumventing the B.S. so common with the demographics of this patient profile. Ms. Sharp has a rare talent in her ability to cut through the conversational “pollution” and focus right down to the real and core issues. In reference to prescribing medications, Ms. Sharp actually engages the patient in determining medications, doses and times and this interactive decision making is something that I’ve never experienced this true. She actively listens and considers the patient’s input in her decision making process. When in treatment with Ms. Sharp, the patient is involved as a whole entity and not just some number. Ms. Sharp talks WITH her patient, not TO her patient and this type of respect is indeed rare. Perhaps the most powerful tool Ms. Sharp has in her clinical tool box, is that she is truly genuine. This cannot be faked or learned from a book. You have this unique gift or you don’t and if you don’t, you can’t get it. Ms. Sharp has it in spades.
