Katie Mahony, LPC

I currently see Katie for a few life struggles. She has helped me incredibly, and I never stop improving. Katie is very charismatic, caring, and hilarious. We laugh a lot, which is very therapeutic might I add. She seems to have endless methods that are all unique in their own way. I feel so much better about myself after having seen her for a while. Also, Katie is a very welcoming therapist. She makes you feel at home as soon as you walk through the doors that will change your life forever!! A+

Cathleen Mahony is such a great therapist, hands down the best!! I feel so comfortable while in a session with her. She is very funny, kind, and just a joy to be around. I get a lot out of counseling with Katie, and I ALWAYS leave the doors feeling way better than when entered. Katie knows A LOT and can adjust her style based on the individual, so she is very versatile. She is the best of the best!! If you are struggling in life with ANYTHING, give Katie a call and you'll be so glad you did : )

I have been a patient of KATIE'S for almost 2 years. I began at her old location and proudly moved with her when she opened her own practice :) Katie has helped me through my life struggles with knowledge, consistency and grace. Her empathetic but hilarious personality adds an element you don't typically experience in Counseling. Katie makes her clients feel at ease from the moment you speak to her over the phone. Hello. I am writing this review b/c I was SHOCKED to see my own, excellent therapist listed with only 1 star. (If you'd like ACCURATE information about this Clinician, search the name she goes by, which is Katie Mahony, LCPC, CADC, @ Keys to Mindful Mending in LITH, IL. 9113 Trinity Drive. Whoever gave her only 1 star clearly has her mistaken with a different counselor. Katie is an educated, empathetic with a direct but gentle approach who goes out of her way to help her clients. Enough said.
