My first visit was for a yearly physical and blood work was done and I was told I would receive a prescription via: email for an xray that I needed to get done. After 3 weeks of waiting, no prescription was ever received nor was I called with my blood test results from my physical. I had to call to request the information. Went back 6 months later for a follow up appt to have more blood work done and after 2 weeks of waiting I had to call the office again for my results. In office visits were great and both Nurse Practitioners in the office were very attentive, seemed knowledgeable and did not rush the appointment. However, you will need to do all of the work to obtain any information from this office for any tests you have run. They are not good at follow up at all. I was really hoping to like this place but it definitely falls short.

Thank you, Katie, for saving the day for me and my kiddo. We never even had to leave the house and you were able to treat josh and write him the correct antibiotic for his ear infection. I'm not that techie, so I was uncertain about 'virtual care' but your system is just a quick click of a secure link and there you were!!!! Josh made it to his baseball tournament this weekend. I will always be calling you... no more sitting in the waiting room for my family. Thanks again!!!
