Extreme pain in ears.

They seemed good. Gave me prescription for ears. Said they were in my Medical Mutual network. After I arrived then they said they were not in my network. My pain was so extreme kept the appointment. Gave me a prescription. When I asked for a refill to get me by said they called it in. Went back and forth to Meijers. Said they would call me when they called it in. No call. Called them again. Said they called it in. Said I was yelling at them and hung up the phone. I told her the pain in my ears was so bad and that was the reason I was being loud. I was loud because the pain in my ears and I was having trouble hearing. I am 70 years old and have never been treated like this in my life.
