Mrs. Crane is the most incompetent provider I've ever had the misfortune of being treated by. She refused to continue to prescribe the treatment/meds I had succesfully been on for the last 10+ years and forced me to be prescribed to an ER version of the meds I'd been on. I told her many times that due to other medical conditions, I cant tolerate the ER version b/c it gives me severe gastric pain & gave my medical records to prove this. She threatened to kick me out if I complained again.
