Same as other review. I don't even remember my child seeing this person and now a year and two days later, I am being billed by a collection agency for a bill that we were never sent or even notified of as "a late charge." Also was apparently never submitted to my insurance as it should have been. AND my child has never been to the place listed as her current place of employment. Smells like fraud...
