I feel that Kelli really sees me as a person. She listens to my concerns and answers my questions. My visit was a very positive experience with Kelli. A plus!!! I will see her next year.

Keli is friendly, compassionate and thorough. She is a PA not afraid to get up and personal to really examine a patient like a good doctor should, but so few do. She takes patients concerns seriously no matter how small they may be.

I came in for a skin check and Kelli Clair caught 2 areas that needed biopsies. She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Kelli Clair made me feel like they really do not care about the wellbeing of their patients at Capital Dermatology. You are just a number to them. She made me feel rushed during my consultation and appeared to be bothered by having to answer questions as if she had somewhere more important to be other than doing her job. She would make snarky comments like, 'oh I thought you were done asking questions', or 'is that it?' I'm sorry I don't have an MD to know these things myself, but wait, neither did she.

Staff was pleasant, professional and efficient. Kelli was affable, knowledgeable and thorough. From start to finish the visit was above average. Recommended for anyone.
