Kelli McKay, PA-C

Kelli is easy to talk to and seems to listen to my concerns, but her office staff is difficult to communicate with. They aren’t very good at returning voicemails or if you contact them towards the end of the day, you may never get a response about your concerns.

Dr. McKay has always been good to me. She has always listened to me as someone who knows their body well and never questioned my insight. She's always prompt, polite, and willing to try different tactics to fix whatever issue I have. She didn't make me feel like a drug addict when I first saw her to get a Rx refill for Xanax that I use on an as-needed basis, when I have had other doctors tell me to go to a pain clinic for it (even though it isn't a pain medication and I don't take it everyday). She even diagnosed me as having chronic fatigue syndrome, something other doctors never have done even though I've had every taste imaginable performed. My roommate is also a patient of hers as well because I referred her. I would recommend Dr. McKay to anyone looking for a kind doctor who actually listens.
