Kelly Crum, PA-C

I hope Ms. Crum sees this review. I met with her at urgent care at an extremely vulnerable time. I was quite sick, was feeling VERY disrespected and ignored by other doctors I asked to help with my condition. I didn’t know where else to go to get help. I was also dealing with some terrible personal life problems on top of it all. I met with her when I was at my wits end with everything going on in my life. Ms. Crum was patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. Her kindness was exactly what I needed. I am feeling much better today, thanks to her. I can’t thank her enough for her help. Please continue to do what you’re doing and helping others!! I was so lucky to have had you as my care provider!

Very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable! She has the rare combination of both bedside manner and knowledgeability, so she explains things very well and makes you feel at ease. I’d definitely hope to have her as my urgent care doc again if I ever need to go back to urgent care.
