Inaccurate Dosing - Advise 4x amount of 7mo
Telehealth
Did a telehealth visit with my 7 month old who was having a skin reaction to a food he had. The NP Kelly was friendly, however she misinformed me on the dosage of how much to give my son. Good thing I looked it up again before I gave it to him, she advised over 4x the amount I'm supposed to give him.Diphenhydramin - 4ml every 6 to 8hrs Cetirizine - 2.5ml 1 to 2x a day

Televisit
Telehealth
We did a televisit for my daughter who has croup. NP would not prescribe anything and said nothing can be done. My kids have had croup a few times and was always given Methylprednoslone which Np said is useless and we should go to the ER. Why would we go to the Er to expose her to more germs when it’s a simple prescription. Pointless visit
