Lost my order called me over there 3 different time implying my glasses were ready and the 4th time they called me i came over and they sa"we can't order these tillthey are paid for" so they hadn't even ordered them and I had tried to pay the first time I wentin. By then I was md just got my rx and went to the glasses place in the pavilion

Dr. Graham is super nice, but her staff Lisa is a snob. I was looking at frames and she failed to assist me. I asked a question, she didn't even look at me in the eyes, maybe it was lack of self confidence. If you work in the people business, please know customer service.
