Kelly Is Thorough andInformative. She listens and advises. Had no issue with saying she needs to Look intoSomething further.Issues Lie with some Of herColleagues. MostOf the specialists she needs to refer to are not helpful, rude, overbooked, lazy.Her office tends to takeForever to process referrals, refills and prior Authorizations. She is also affiliated with st Vincent’s which is deplorable.

Her fav. line is "come back in two weeks." Have gone in twice for same knee, no MRI just here is P.T again. I have been in twice for same knee, look into it more! Also had a small lump on my face for months. She told me to put some heat on it, come back in two weeks. Put heat on it, nothing. Went to the dentist a week after her appt, THEY looked into it more than she did! They suggested the same thing but also gave me a referral to an Ear, Nose, and Mouth specialist which had to remove it.

I absolutely LOVE Kelly Manchester!! I am so happy I found her. She is a down to earth doc that can relate to and understand women issues. She always takes the time to answer any questions or explain things I don't know. As long as she is in practice, I will be her patient!!
