I've seen many healthcare professionals over the years. Kelly, within just a few sessions, has enabled me to feel safe enough to really dig in and address the roots of my most frustrating and self defeating behaviors-which-IS HUGE. I'm so grateful my psychiatrist recommend her for talk therapy, as I've already made amazing progress. I highly recommend Kelly-she's an absolute gem.
