Was just recently seen by Kelly for regular routine check up for Pre Diabetes and Kelly was able to review my 6 month data in detail and help me understand my report history and health level over the trends. Outside of just explaining the data she was able to tie it back to the lifestyle behaviors and habits I needed improvement on. Since my visit with Kelly my overall health as improved based off her communication and resources. Kelly continues to show support with refills,communication and recommendations. Thank you Kelly ! I had a visit with Kelly about a concern with a nodule in my thyroid area. She did bloodwork but never checked my TSH. Come to find out the next doctor I went to found nodules in my thyroid as well as the autoimmune disease Hashimoto’s. She seemed more concerned with disproving my concerns rather then listening. Poor bedside manner.

I had an appointment today at 10 am. At 9:22am her medical assistant called me to tell me that since I saw another doctor in her practice for my physical and she will not see me today and fill out a one page form so that I can help my mom with her everyday care. Ridiculous. This is the last time I ever make an appointment with her. Her staff had no response except that this is what she said and she won’t see you. What in the world? I specifically asked when making the appointment if it was ok to see Dr. Kelly being that I just saw another doctor in October and they assured me it was ok because everything is in the system. Shameless and poor patient service. Never again!

Kelly is an outstanding health-care professional. She is empathetic, caring, and answers all my medical questions with thorough explanations and a clear plan for remediation. I have total confidence in her. In addition to her excellent medical skills, she is friendly and a great listener. While coming to the point regarding my diagnoses and remediation, she never makes me feel she doesn't have time for all my concerns. She is wonderful.

Awful. Concerned that a rare disease that I had as a child may have been coming back, I did copious amounts of research, knowing that the doctor would not be familiar with it- immediately belittled me for using the internet to look up symptoms and wouldn't hear what I had to say in relation to that. Was testy with me (even though I was first appointment of the day) that I couldn't remember exact starting dates of symptoms. Made me feel foolish and cry in my car. Switching practices for sure
